LESSON 4: SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO TEACHING
In this lesson, I learned that as a future teacher, we should have a good plan regarding our discussion. Meaning, we should follow a systematic approach or a step by step process during discussion. In connection with this, in our discussions , we will not only consider ourselves but instead also with our students. Because in here, it is the students who are given much focus because they are the one who need more feeding of in formations from you. Considering that the students as the main focus, as teachers, we should also consider the the different backgrounds of the students so that we can identify the precise method that we can apply/use during our discussion and also through knowing their different backgrounds we are easily associate experiences that everybody can relate and also with materials that we are going to used.
Lastly, through this systematic Approach to learning we as future, educator are guided on how to handle our discussion so that we can achieve a holistic discussion and also through this we can build a wholesome relationship and interaction with our students or in short through this approach, we can identify if our goals in our lesson are fulfill or not.
LESSON 6:USING AND EVALUATING INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
In the teaching learning process, teachers are considered as the best instructional material. But it does not mean that teachers will merely discussed without the aid of other materials.
In this particular topic “Using and Evaluating Instructional Materials” , aside from teachers as the best instructional material , we are guided on how to properly used and choose appropriate instructional materials that would fit with our discussion. It is on the teacher that the plan will start. Because , it is the teacher who knows the objectives of the lessons. Also , in here it is the teacher who will plan everything not only for her own welfare but for the welfare and success of the class and her discussion.
Included also in this lesson on how to properly used or handle the certain instructional material you choose so that , that certain instructional material will achieve its purpose rather putting that into wastage.
Above all, this lesson give myself an overview on how to plan , prepare and present instructional materials so that it will give a good impact to the learners and yield into a good result during follow up .
LESSON 9:TEACHING WITH DRAMATIZED EXPERIENCES
In this topic , I learned that teachings will not only takes place between the teacher and the students or lesson can’t only be learned through a simple teacher and student conversation.
It is in this particular method of teaching used in which the students’ interaction will be more activated. Meaning, the learners are more engage and get attracted. It is in teaching with dramatized experiences, the students multiple intelligence will be developed as the teacher uses this method.
In my point of view , applying dramatized experiences in teaching will help the learners retained of what they learned in a long term memory because they themselves had tried in that certain experience like when the teacher asked them to do or perform such plays, puppet shows pantomime and among others. Lastly, aside from activating the students multiple of intelligence it is also in this in which the teacher can determine on where a particular learner really excel or fit. In doing or performing such dramatized experiences ,for me, it helps develop confidence of the learner.
LESSON 14 :MAXIMIZING THE USE OF THE OVERHEAD PROJECTOR AND THE CHALKBOARD
We all know that Overhead Projector and Chalkboard are some of the most important traditional equipment used in the classroom during discussions. It can not be deny , that some of us don't know on how to properly use these equipment.
As a future teacher,i am very thankful that this topic was discussed to us.It is because, through this, I am guided on the techniques on how to properly use the chalkboard and the overhead projector.
Lastly, through this topic, we are reminded that though we are now in the age of technology, but still we will not forget these tools or equipment in the teaching learning process.
LESSON 13: TEACHING WITH VISUAL SYMBOLS
In this topic,I learned that as a teacher, we will not limit ourselves during the presentation of our lessons by always presenting through mere words or paragraphs. In here I learned that students can easily learn if we engage in our discussion the different visual symbols. Because in this, they can easily understand the topic in the sense that the topics are summarized and presented explicitly with the aid of some pictures , drawings, diagrams, maps, and among others.
Through this lesson, I am enlightened that diagrams and charts are two different kinds of visual symbols.

I.DIAGRAMS
-any line drawing that shows arrangement and relations as of parts of the whole
A.Types of diagram
1.Affinity diagram- used to cluster complex apparently unrelated data into natural and meaningful groups
2.Tree diagram-used to chart out , in increasing detail of various tasks
3. Fishbone diagram-also called cause- and-effect diagram
II.CHARTS
-is a diagrammatic representation of relationships among individuals within an organization
A.Examples of chart
1.Time chart-tabular time chart that presents data in ordinal sequence
2.tree or stream chart-depicts development, growth and change
3. Flow chart-visual way of charting a process
4.Organizational chart-shows how one part relates to other parts
5. Comparison and contrast chart
