“Direct Purposeful experience”
In this lesson which is entitled “Direct Purposeful experiences and beyond”. I learn that our direct experiences is an effective as an instructional materials since the students will really understand the topic or the discussion if they also experience it directly in the real world. In that reason, they will know how to construct and organize their knowledge on that certain situation to come up with a better understanding. The students also learned the skills by doing since they are the one who manipulate in that thing. Direct purposeful also serves as the foundations of our learning because this is our first and experiences and it involves our senses in giving generalization on that certain concepts or ideas. It also helps us to understand faster because we internalized in the sense that we are the one to do it. That’s all I’ve learned in this topic direct purposeful experiences.
“TEACHING WITH CONTRIVED EXPERIENCES”
In this lesson which is entitled “Teaching with contrived experiences”. I have learned more about this topic because it is all about on how the teacher used the things that is not possible to bring or do the real thing in the classroom. In this problem of the teacher, I learned that its applicable to used things or objects in substituting the real thing to stimulate real-life situations. These things or objects are the models, mock-up, object and specimens. By the use of this, we learned faster since we can see, touch and observed the real form of the object which is reflected in reality. Because of that, we can easily understand and create an idea regarding on the subject that we have seen since we already know the structure, form and parts .That’s all I’ve learned in this topic teaching with contrived experiences.
“TEACHING WITH dramatized experiences”
In this topic “Teaching with dramatized experiences”. I find it interesting it’s because our instructor let us to perform the different forms of dramatized experiences which are the tableau, pantomime, puppets, and role playing. Because of that, I feel enjoyed while performing and it is a good way in understanding truly the topic. Dramatized experiences for me, will helps the student in developing their creativity, cooperation, and originality its because the group will really find a way on how to perform and the viewers. Every students also cooperated since each of applicable in teaching the students so that they will be attracted and hold the attention for them to be able to focus in the discussion. It develops the students multiple intelligences. That’s all I’ve learned in this topic.

In this lesson entitled “Teaching with visual symbols”. I learned that in teaching the students its very important to use this so that the children will convince to give attention, especially when you present it colourful that caters their attraction but it also holds that builds confusion to the students if it is not correctly represents the real thing. To avoid this problems as better to have a good usual symbols. This visual symbols are drawings, cartoons, strip drawings, diagrams, formulas, charts, graphs, maps and globes. In applying this usual symbols enumerated it must related to the discussion. These are easily to be made to represent the topic and is easily illustrated in on the board. This lesson really helps me to learned deeper about visual symbol since our instructor let us to make comic strip and graphic organizer to apply our knowledge and understanding with this topic. That is all I’ve learned in this topic.
“Maximizing the use of the overhead projector and chalkboard”
In this lesson entitled “Maximizing the use of the overhead projector and the chalkboard”. I learned some important thing in using the overhead projector and the chalkboard. In this topic, since our generation today is very often with the technology its very important for us to know how to manipulate or operate the overhead projector as an instruction. During reporting, its very applicable for us to use the OHP because it can be easily made and accurate to visualized the information in the screen. It is not also time consuming because in discussing you can only point out important key points by the use of a stick. I learned also how to use effectively the chalkboard in the discussion. Chalkboard is a good educational instruction its because its very easy for us to write in the board some important key points and concepts, examples and drawings. It doesn’t needs money since it only acquires a piece of chalk to present information and concepts. The materials are available already in the classroom and because of that, there are some practices introduced by some dedicated professionals that I’ve learned. That’s all I’ve learned in this topic.
